Experience in Education: 

This is my 9th year teaching upper elementary in both Texas and Arizona. 

Family: 

My parents live in Iowa, where I was born and raised. My sister and brother-in-law live in Pheonix, where they just made me a first time aunt to a beautiful baby girl named Zari!

Interests/Hobbies:

In my free time I like to work out, read, listen to music, cook, and spend time with friends and family. I enjoy going to sporting events and concerts! I am also a big foodie, I love hosting dinner parties and finding new restaurants around the city for my friends and me.

Interesting Fact about Me: 

The Mayor of Paradise Valley, Arizona named a day after me!
