Howdy!

 I'm Shawneedawn Bautista, and I couldn't be more thrilled to be teaching 6th grade math at Schimelpfenig! I earned my B.S. in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Sciences with a focus on Tourism Management from Texas A&M University. Additionally, I hold a master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University.

Outside the classroom, I love staying active—I'm a certified spin instructor and enjoy taking spin classes, reading, and crafting. When I'm not doing any of those, you can find me out on a walk with my fiancé and our dog, or prepping for my next half-marathon.
