Hello!  This is my first year at Schimelpfenig, and I am excited to be here.  This will be my sixth year of teaching.  Before coming to Plano ISD, I taught high school math in Frisco, and middle school math in Lovejoy.  I will be teaching 6th grade Resource Math this year, as well as providing inclusion support.

I graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Psychology.  When I moved to Texas in 2016, I became certified to teach 4-12 math, as well as Special Education.  I have been married to my husband for over 15 years, and we have three children.  A son who is 12, and twins (son & daughter) who are 10.  

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, watching movies, and exploring new places.
