Mrs. Stacey Noble MLS, M.Ed

I have been in education for thirty years, twenty-one of which have been in the Mathews library.  I love being a Mav!  Before becoming a librarian, I taught second grade in Bossier City, Louisiana for three years and then first grade at Rose Haggar Elementary here in Plano for seven years.

The library is my true calling.  My grandmother was a librarian in the small town of St. Joseph, Louisiana, so this has always been in my blood.  I love having the opportunity to share with students the importance of reading and showing them my favorite books!

When I am not in the library, I love to spend time with my family and friends...dining out, shopping, and traveling are some of my favorite things!  I am also an avid baker of decorated sugar cookies.  My business name is Zoomie Cookie Company!  My husband, Tommy and I, have one son named Trace, who is a junior at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.  He will be a third generation graduate from there!  Both his maternal grandparents, myself, and my husband...and now Trace, have walked the bricks surrounding Louisiana Tech University.  Trace is an avid sports enthusiast and loves living his best life as a Phi Kapp!  We also have two fur babies.  Our oldest is a Corgie Terrier mix (CorJack) named Ranger and our other baby is a rescued Old English Bulldog named Ethel.  She is such a ham and the apple of all our eyes, except Ranger.  He is a bit jealous!

GO MAVS and GO BULLDOGS!!!
