Title II, Part A
The purpose of Title II, Part A (funding) is to provide grants to increase student academic achievement through strategies such as improving teacher and principal quality and increasing the number of highly qualified teachers in the classroom and highly-qualified principals and assistant principals in schools; and hold local educational agencies and schools accountable for improvements in students academic achievement.

Title III, LEP and IMM
The purpose of Title III, Part A (funding) is to ensure that English Learners (EL) and immigrant students attain English language proficiency and meet the same challenging State academic content and students academic achievement standards all children are expected to meet.

Title IV, Part A, Subpart 1
Student Support and Academic Enrichment grants are designed to improve the academic achievement of all students by increasing the capacity of LEAs, schools, and communities to
- Provide all students with access to a well-rounded education,
- Improve school conditions for student learning, and
- Improve the use of technology in order to enhance academic outcomes and the digital literacy of students.
