Instructional Support Coach 

Hello! My name is Stephanie Velazquez and I am so excited to be one of your new monolingual Instructional Support Coaches. This is my 7th year in education and I have experience being a Kindergarten teacher and a Reading Specialist for K-5th grade. Becoming an instructional coach has been my goal since I received my master’s degree and I am so thankful that I was given the opportunity to come to Memorial. I was born in Dallas, but moved to Colorado when I was 5. I grew up in the most beautiful mountain town and moved back to Texas for college. In my free time I enjoy being outside (when it’s not a million degrees), traveling and reading….I’m a HUGE bookworm! I want to help support teachers, staff and students to the best of my ability. I look forward to getting to know everyone and am excited for a great school year : )
