My name is Michelle Janah and I have been a teacher at Memorial since 2005. I have taught 5th grade, 4th grade and been the social emotional learning coach. I am currently the Special Education team leader. I have a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary studies from the University of North Texas and a Masters' Degree in Special Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. My husband Saad and I have 2 wonderful kids. Adam will be a Sophomore at the University of Arkansas and my daughter Sofia will be a Freshman at the University of Arkansas this year. As a family, we enjoy traveling, skiing and attending college football games.

    Memorial is like my second family. I care deeply for all the staff, students and families that have been a part of this school. Teaching at this school has taught me that with hard work many great things can happen. We never give up and once a bobcat always a BOBCAT!
