We Take on Difficult Challenges
My name is Myra Carter and I am thrilled to be a Memorial Bobcat. I was born and reared in Cleveland, Ohio. Go Cavs! I hold a Masters of Arts Degree in Guidance & Counseling. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Prior to entering the field of education, I served in various leadership and management positions. For example, I worked in the field of Human Resources, Criminal Justice, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse Counseling. In 2007, I began my career in education and taught first and second grade prior to joining Plano ISD. I have three adult children and one granddaughter. In my spare time, you can find me golfing, gardening, watching action movies, and/or baking. It is a delight to be working with dedicated and caring faculty.
