Ms. Altstatt attended University of Central Arkansas for her Bachelor's of Music Education.  She attended University of Iowa for her Master's Degree in Clarinet Performance and Lamar University for a certification in Educational Leadership.

Welcome to Band at Haggard!  We are going to have a wonderful year of music-making!

 

This is my 8th year at Haggard and my 14th year teaching band in Plano ISD.

 

I have 2 sons and 3 spoiled puppies.  I love to perform all kinds of music, play with the Allen Symphony and organize a folk music society.  In my free time I like to read, camp, hike, kayak, hunt fossils with my son and work in my garden.
