Welcome to the Haggard Middle School Counseling page!
School Counseling is a developmental process in which one individual (the counselor) provides another individual or group (the student) with guidance and encouragement, as well as challenge and inspiration in creatively managing and resolving practical, personal, and relationship issues in order to help students achieve goals.
School counselors focus on three main domains: Academic, Career/College, and Social-Emotional.
The Haggard Counseling Office hours are 8:00-4:00 and appointments are both recommended and appreciated.
To schedule time with a counselor, or enroll or withdraw a student, please call 469-752-5415. Haggard counselors stay with their grade level class for the three years they are at Haggard.
