Hello! My name is Malissa Wisdom and I am thrilled to be teaching your student science this year! I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a B.S. in Biology and a Master's in Education. I have had the privilege of teaching science at the middle school and high school level over the past 13 years. In addition to teaching middle school, I have also taught the following high school courses: Biology, Pre-AP Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, Pathophysiology, and Forensics.

My husband Jared and I have two daughters that keep us on our toes. Ryleigh is in 7th grade and Reagen is in 5th grade. Both girls play competitive soccer for FC Dallas Youth.  We also have a small zoo at home that we just adore. Scout is a 95lb Lab mix that thinks he is a lap dog. I have 4 kitties (Swoop, James, Smidge & Charli) and they honestly think this is their world and we are just living in it! 

In my spare time, you can find me at the soccer fields or reading a book! This is going to be an amazing year and I am so glad I get to spend it with your students!!!
