Hi! I am excited to be teaching at Clark High School and in Plano ISD.  My husband is also a teacher and a coach in Plano ISD and we are blessed to have three high school students of our own.  I am currently the social skills and study skills teacher in the ACHIEVE room.  I meet students where they are in terms of academics, behavior, social skills, self discipline, and executive functioning and help them move forward in a productive, positive, meaningful and significant way. I am also the co-sponsor of the National Honor Society at Clark High School.  

I have two engineering degrees and four minors (3 in psychology and 1 in American Literature).  I have taught all levels of math, PLTW IED and POE engineering classes and special education.  I have been teaching and tutoring math for almost 20 years at the high school and college level including developmental math, Algebra I and II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus.  I am certified in math 4th -12th grade, Special Education and English as a Second Language Supplemental.  I tutor in the evenings and weekends and the thousands of hours that I have spent one to one, side by side teaching and working with students at all levels has given me the ability to help kids with math enormously and quickly and it is one of my favorite things to do.
