District Announcements

  • 2024-2025 Textbooks Available for Review

    All textbooks up for adoption, for implementation beginning in the 2024-25 school year, are available for review by the public.

    The subject areas and courses up for adoption are Science K-12, Career and Technology Education, Personal Financial Literacy and Economics, AP US History, AP Government, AP Comparative Government, AP Psychology, AP Human Geography, AP European History, AP Micro Economics and AP Macro Economics.  Read more for textbook adoption information, including how to review the materials and provide input. 

    The window for public review and comment, for any of the resources being considered in this adoption, is open until January 31, 2024.

  • Long Range Facility Planning Community Meetings 

    As part of Plano ISD’s ongoing strategic roadmapping process and as the district begins work on a long range facility plan, Plano ISD families, staff and community members are invited to attend and participate in a community input meeting near you.
