Mrs. Alger is excited to return to Clark High School.  Last year was her first year at Clark and prior to that she was with PISD at a middle school.  Past teaching experience has included teaching both elementary and high school theatre for a local Dallas private school.  Mrs. Alger teaches Tech Theatre I & II, as well as Productions I & II.  

Mrs. Alger has her BA from SMU, her MA from UNLV, and did post-graduate studies in theatre at Texas A&M Commerce.  After a career in hotel management and special events, she was motivated to return to the stage.  She has theatre credits from a variety of local Dallas theatres, has been in a few commercials, and a web series.  She has extensively studied improvisational theatre with Dallas Comedy House and Chicago's Second City.

Mrs. Alger is a California native married for more than 20 years to a long-time Texan.  She has one daughter, a junior at TCU studying business and finance, and a son, entering his freshmen year of college at CalPoly San Luis Obispo as an engineering major with a minor in biology.  She lives in Dallas with her husband and two fur babies.
