Mrs. Daniela Legarda Trimuar
Pre-K Teacher
I am so excited to be teaching Pre-K at Memorial Elementary. I graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas with my Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies with a teaching certificate. Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of becoming a teacher. I'd pretend I was a teacher and would "teach" my parents, my stuffed animals, my friends' younger siblings. When I graduated from Plano West High School, I knew I wanted to pursue that dream in college. I have taught kindergarten, second grade, first grade, and now pre-k. I love to teach and love the impact I make on students and the impact they make on me. I love to see their growth throughout the school year, I love to see their "aha" moments. I believe in setting up a safe environment where students feel free to express themselves and to develop their thinking.

What Memorial means to me.
Memorial is such a special place to be, everyone is family and they treat you as such. I love my team and everyone I work with, I look forward to coming to work every day. I felt welcomed the moment I came to Memorial and feel very supported, heard, and safe.
