Special Education Bilingual Teacher

Hola! I am Mrs. Santos and I am very happy to be the Bilingual Special Education teacher at Memorial Elementary. I am from the “Isla del Encanto” (Island of Enchantment), Puerto Rico. I have been living in Plano for the past five years with my husband and our three beautiful children. I have a college degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of Puerto Rico. I love being a teacher and I enjoy using literature, art and music as learning tools. I believe that education is a transformative tool and through it you can impact a person's life.

Hola! Soy la Sra. Santos y estoy muy feliz de ser la maestra de Educación Especial Bilingüe de Memorial Elementary. Soy de la “Isla del Encanto”, Puerto Rico. Desde hace cinco años vivo en Plano junto a mi esposo y nuestros tres hermosos hijos. Tengo un título universitario en Educación Temprana y Educación Elemental de la Universidad de Puerto Rico. Me encanta ser maestra y me gusta usar la literatura, el arte y la música como herramientas de aprendizaje. Creo que la educación es una herramienta transformadora y que a través de ella puedes impactar la vida de una persona.
