Greetings Razorbacks!
I teach 6th Grade ELAR/ ELAR Honors. I have been teaching for 20 years, and this is my eleventh year at PISD.
As an educator, I am dedicated to building positive relationships with my students, and building a classroom environment founded on mutual respect, collaboration, and student engagement. I firmly believe that students should take ownership of their learning so that they will truly do their best to attain their academic potential.
I am married and my daughter is a Terry Scholar at UTD. When not in the classroom, I enjoy reading, gardening, and spending quality time with my loved ones.
I look forward to successfully partnering with parents and students this academic year!
