    Hello Razorbacks!

My name is Andrea Hale. It is with great excitement that I introduce myself as the new assistant principal at Robinson Middle School. I am honored to work alongside you as we partner to continue to maximize student performance.

I have been dedicated to the field of education for 18 years. I attended Plano ISD schools from elementary through high school. As a Plano Senior High graduate, I will always be a Plano Wildcat at heart, but as a Razorback I am proud to be part of the Wolf Pack Nation. I attended college at the University of Houston and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, followed by a master's degree in Educational Administration and School Counseling. My teaching career began in Houston ISD. Later, I moved back to the DFW area where I had the opportunity to be a teacher and school counselor in Plano ISD. I have previously served at Aldridge, Brinker, and Rose Mary Haggar Elementary.

Family is very important to me. Fortunately, my immediate and extended family members live in the DFW area. My husband is a PE teacher in Plano ISD and has his own basketball organization. Outside of my family, I enjoy traveling, relaxing at the beach, going to concerts, exploring new places, and riding my Peloton bike.

I believe in growing the whole child. I am dedicated to building character, academic success, and the social emotional health of students. My goal is to provide students and teachers with the support that they need to grow and reach their fullest potential. I look forward to meeting you soon!

    Sincerely,

    Andrea Hale
