Hello, my name is Mitch Stobee and I teach 7th grade Texas History and 7th grade PACE.
Having lived in Plano for over 20 years, I proudly consider myself a native Planoite. My educational journey began in Plano ISD, where I attended schools from kindergarten through 12th grade, graduating from Plano Senior High. My firsthand experience as a student has given me a deep appreciation for the quality of education our district provides. After high school, I pursued higher education at the University of Arkansas, earning a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, with a minor in Spanish. My passion for making an impact on our future generation led me to complete an alternative teaching certificate in 2021, specializing in social studies: grades 4-8. Becoming a teacher has undoubtedly been the best decision of my life. Every day, I find immense joy in guiding my students to realize their full potential, helping them become lifelong learners. I cannot wait to teach and inspire our future world changers!
