I am originally from Oklahoma.  I have one Son and he is AWESOME!  I commute to Plano daily to teach my kiddos from Dallas!  I attended Oklahoma State University ("Go Pokes!") and I love to discuss College, Careers, and how to plan for the FUTURE with my students!  I am a CTE Teacher, and I love the idea of helping students identify their asprirations and goals.   

  I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences from OSU with a specialization in Fashion Merchandising.  I spent several years in the workplace after college and I have a broad range of experiences in Business Mananagment and High School Education, prior to coming to Robinson.  I hold Teaching Cerifications in Family and Consumer Science (6-12), Business Education (6-12), and Health (EC-12), and Speech (7-12).

  As a High School Teacher, I taught a variety of subjects:  Entrepreneurship, Lifetime Nutrition and Wellness, Apparel Design, Individual and Family Living, Culinary Arts, Business and Information Systems, and Child Development.  I came to Robinson Middle School in 2013 and I have a soft spot in my heart for my Middle School students!  I enjoy teaching Middle School because I love the idea of encouraging my students to develop in their OWN way!  Everyone takes a different "Path to Success"...I just help with a little guidance, they do the rest!
