Hola,

I was born in California but was raised in Mexico for most of my childhood. While still in high school, my family and I moved back and lived in California for about 15 years before I decided to move to Texas. I have been living in Texas for about 12 years now. I graduated from California State University of Fresno in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and again in 2010 with a Master of Arts in Spanish with literature focus. I started teaching in California before I had the opportunity to move and teach in Dallas.

This will be my 14th year of teaching and my 7th year at Plano ISD. I have been married for over 16 years, and together we have three children. We enjoy traveling and having fun as a family!
