Mrs. Elizabeth Miller

This is my 23rd year teaching, and 21st year teaching middle school in Plano ISD. I opened Murphy Middle School and then opened Otto Middle School. I love World Cultures & Geography, which has been my area of focus for all but one of those years. I moved to the Plano area with my husband in 2003 from St. Paul, Minnesota and still miss the changing seasons. I have an 9-year-old son that is starting 3rd grade at Dooley Elementary and a former exchange student "daughter" from Brazil that now lives in Austin, Texas. I love to travel and do so as often as my pocket book will let me!  

Teaching, specifically middle school, is a passion of mine. I hope to motivate, inspire and mentor my students to become problem-solvers in the real world.
