Hello, this will be my second year at Otto MS, and my 21st overall in education.  I have an extensive background in both education and other real world experiences.  This is my first year as an AVID teacher.  My previous teaching positions have been from 6th Science all the way up to 11th grade with Physics.  I was also a firefighter/paramedic for 7 years and camp counselor for 11 summers.  I have 1 son who is in graduate school at Texas Tech and works in the athletic department for the men's and women's basketball programs and 1 daughter who is a senior at Rockwall High School and ranked in the top 10% of her class.  I have a step-son that is in graduate school at Texas Tech as well, and a step-daughter that is a meterologist for Fox 23 in Tulsa.  Mary has been my better half for 6 years now, and we have 4 dogs.  We love to dance, cook and work on projects around the house.  I will also be coaching football and basketball.  I look forward to serving your children this school year.  GO Bobcats!!
