This is my fourth year teaching at Otto, and my fifth year teaching in Plano. I love Otto and the feeling of community we have among the staff and students. In my opinion, we have the best students in the district…though I may be a little biased as my sons are Otto Bobcats.

When I’m not at school, I’m at home or around town with my family. I have 4 amazing kiddos who keep our lives full (re: busy). My husband and I play tag-team as we juggle our kids’ activities, including but not limited to: dance, soccer, volleyball, baseball, football, and basketball.

I take seriously my task of teaching history, and am also a firm believer in building positive relationships and promoting character development. I feel learning history plays a vital role in becoming an informed citizen who will think critically about the world around them.
