Verification of Enrollment (VOE) Requests

Required for Driver's License

The district has developed an online process for students who wish to request a Verification of Enrollment (VOE) form.

• Students may make a request online at https://myforms.pisd.edu/Forms/VOE
• Once the form is completed, please allow 3-5 days to process.
• The VOE will be emailed to you once it is verified.
• Please check your spam or junk folder in the event you do not receive verification in your inbox within 5 days.
