Greetings Vines Wildcats,

My name is Mrs. Bilal and I am honored to be your ESL teacher for the academic year 2024-2025.

This would be my third year at Vines High School, but I have taught in multiple settings both in US and in Pakistan.

I am married and I have three sons who are doing great things in life and I feel a mix of pride and gratitude that from humble beginnings here in America, our family has through perseverence, hard work and grit proven that the idea of "Living the American Dream" is real. 

MY BIGGEST PASSION

I truly believe that our youth hold the promise of a bright future for our nation and by offering them excellent educational opportunities, we as educators are playing a pivotal role in shaping our tomorrow. I am passionate about helping students believe in their potential and fulfil their dreams. I share our school's vision of striving for excellence, building relationships and being accountable for our students' learning and 

well-being.
