Hi! I'm in my 3rd year at McMillen High School. I am excited about this upcoming year. Prior to becoming an Assistant Principal, I was an English teacher for grades 6, 9, and 11. I also taught AVID and was an AVID Coordinator, and I've served as an AVID Western Division Consultant, where I've had the opportunity to help encourage teachers and administrators to create the best AVID programs there are. My last educational role was as a Lead Counselor in Plano ISD. I played volleyball at UCONN, and completed my Masters in Educational Counseling at TCU. I will soon complete my doctorate in educational administration at TCU. I love spending free time with my family.
