Ms. Kneisel, one of four Assistant Principals at McMillen High School, has been a dedicated member of the faculty since 2012. She values her role within the close-knit community of Murphy, Texas, where she is committed to fostering meaningful relationships that support the overall growth and readiness of students as they prepare for adulthood.

Ms. Kneisel believes that strong, supportive relationships between students, teachers, and the community are essential in helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to navigate life beyond high school. She works tirelessly to create safe, open spaces for communication, where students feel heard and empowered to take ownership of their learning and personal development.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ms. Kneisel cherishes spending quality time with her family. She particularly enjoys watching her son play football, a passion that brings the family together and strengthens their bonds.
