I am thrilled to be joining Frankford MS this year and this is my 5th year in education. I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas. In my previous role, I taught 6th grade in RISD. I taught reading, social studies, and science. I found my passion to be in teaching science and helping students investigate. I have been married for 1 year, and my husband and I have 2 cats named Alfie and Gatsby. In my spare time, I enjoy singing and spending time with my husband. 

My reason for teaching is to help students believe in themselves. Beyond helping them learn science concepts, I want them to feel like they will grow in my classroom.
