Welcome to First Grade! My name is Marissa Evans, and I am so excited to be at Shepard! I grew up through the Plano schools and then went to get my Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Texas. Go Eagles! I began teaching in 2017, at Hunt Elementary in second grade. I am now a first grade team leader at Shepard. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my cat! I enjoy learning new hobbies, like cooking, crocheting, dancing, as well as enjoying my favorite activities like reading, napping, and shopping. I am looking forward to a great year together!
