Ms. Celene Rosen

Celene Rosen is originally from Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with an education degree in Early Childhood Education. Celene received her Masters degree in Teacher Leadership from Lamar University. This is Celene's 23rd year as a teacher at Plano ISD. She is a 2018 Texas State Finalist for Science teaching awarded by the Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching. She was awarded 2019 Outstanding Texas Educator by the Texas Academy of Science. She is the mother of four and a proud grandmother of two.
