I am thrilled to be returning to the Barksdale Special Education team this year! This will be my fourth year in the building and my second as part of the schoolday staff, coming over from our after-school program. I am a proud K-12 PISD alum, graduating from Plano West in 2015, so it is such a privilege to have the opportunity to give back to this community and a new generation of PISD students like myself. Outside of school, I attend classes at Dallas College in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, but I can also be found digging through the nearest record store or looking for pickup basketball games to jump into (when it is safe to do so). I very much cherish the bonds I made with my elementary school teachers, so I am eager to strive to provide our students with that same experience!
