I am thrilled to be returning to the Barksdale Special Education team this year! This will be my sixth year in the building and my fourth as part of the school-day staff, coming over from our after-school program. I am a proud K-12 PISD alum, graduating from Plano West in 2015, so it is such a privilege to have the opportunity to give back to this community and a new generation of PISD students like myself. Outside of school, I attend classes at Dallas College in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, but I can also be found digging through the nearest record store or looking for pickup basketball games to jump into (when it is safe to do so). I very much cherish the bonds I made with my elementary school teachers, so I am eager to strive to provide our students with that same experience!
