Mrs. Carrie Ziegelbein

I am originally from Iowa but have lived in Texas for over 20 years.  I am married and have three children, all of whom attended Barksdale Elementary School from kindergarten through fifth grade (so I was a Barksdale parent for a total of nine years before joining the staff as a teacher!).  I taught for three years in Iowa, before staying home with my children for many years, and am happy to once again be spending my days with first graders.  I love our little Broncos!
