This is my 24th year teaching second grade at Barksdale Elementary.  I love the staff, but it's the students that keep me coming back year after year! 

I grew up in Dallas with my parents and two sisters.  We all still live within a few miles of each other.  I currently live in Frisco, Texas with my husband, David, and our two children. Graham is a freshman in high school and Emmerson is in the fifth grade.  We have a naughty cat named Nibbles and a very energetic yellow lab named Dixie.   We love to go camping in our spare time.

I attended Stephen F. Austin State University...Axe 'Em Jacks!!!
