I am Julia Hayter and will be teaching English 8 and English 8 Honors this year.  This is my 7th year at Renner Middle School. I have been teaching for 18 years, with my first five years being at Lincoln High School in Dallas, TX, followed by six years at Clark High School in PlanoISD. I grew up in Dallas, graduated from Highland Park High School and then Texas Christian University where I majored in Communications.  I have a 16-year-old son who attends Plano West and a 10-year-old daughter at Brinker. I love working with young adults and look forward to a great year with my students.
