My name is Colleen Reburn. This is my third year as the ELEVATE teacher at Renner, and my eighth year teaching special education. My degree is  in Deaf Education, but I am slowly working on getting my Master's degree in Special Education with a Graduate Academic Certificate in Autism. I have a 12-year-old son, who is starting his 7th grade year at Wilson MS this year. He is autistic and in their CONNECT classroom. We live with my mom and our two dogs, Simon and Minnie. I am so excited to have your students this year. They will be with me most of the school day except Partner's PE. We cover all subjects in my classroom, including math, reading, science, social studies, and social skills. Your students will also have the opportunity to interact with general education peers as part of Renner's HOPE student program throughout the school day!
