I'm from Springtown, TX. I live with my husband and my French bulldog, Bruno. I attended the University of North Texas, majoring in Journalism with a concentration on Advertising. I was drawn to teaching in high school because of my work in theater, but I went a different route in hopes of doing theater as a hobby. However, I couldn’t shake my dream of becoming a Theater/ELAR teacher. After years in merchandising, I finally went into teaching and haven’t looked back.
In my spare time, I like to dabble in different hobbies, including graphic design, sewing, and playing with Bruno at the dog park.
