Hi! I am so excited to be starting my 9th year of teaching! This marks my 9th year of teaching 1st grade and my 6th year as a Daffron Deputy. My passion is teaching and my favorite part is creating lifelong learners that share the same love of learning I have. I love getting to teach children how to read and write and I'm excited to be a part of their journey in education.

I have been married to my husband, Charles, for 1 year and we are enjoying life with our daughter, Lexie. We'll be celebrating her 1 year birthday in October 2024. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, baking, diamond painting, and watching sitcoms & cooking shows.

Some of my favorite things include sunflowers, giraffes, Reese's Cups, and the colors lime green & turquoise.
