My name is Ellen Watts and I am an Art Educator with 15 years of strong teaching experience at both the middle school and high school level. I am super excited to be in my fourth year as part of the Shepton High School Team as an Art Educator. I was the Technical Theatre Director and Art teacher at Plano Senior High School for two years and the Technical Theatre and Theatre Teacher at Vines High School for 7 years prior to that. I am a native Planoite and a proud product of Plano ISD. I attended Brinker Elementary, Renner Middle School, Shepton High School and graduated from Plano West Senior High School. After graduating from Plano ISD, I attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design with an emphasis in Costume Design. I live in Lakewood/East Dallas with my husband and my cat Arlo.
