I am in my 12th year of teaching and my 10th year as a band director at Shepton High School. I also serve as the Music Team Lead for the Shepton High School Music Department.

I am the Director of Bands and oversee all ensembles. I direct the Wind Ensemble and the "Sound of the Pack" Marching Band. In addition, I assist with the Wind Symphony, Symphonic Band, and the Shepton Symphony Orchestra.

Following high school at Plano West, I attended the University of North Texas and graduated in 2012 with a B.M. in Music Education with a focus on secondary instrumental education. I am a member of TMEA, TBA, and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, a national music fraternity. I enjoy running, working out, playing Pokémon Go!, spending time with friends and his cats, and he plays flute and piccolo with the Plano Community Band.
