Social Studies has always been my favorite subject, no matter what the topic - well, maybe not economics - but with that exception, I love all aspects of this discipline.
My mission each year is to infuse my students with an appreciation for the impact that geography has on their lives both in the present and past as well as the future.
I grew up in Tulsa, graduated from Oklahoma State, and have lived in Texas ever since.
My husband and I have four sons and three grandchildren. We are pet parents to a Bichon Frise named Max.
I sing in a choir, belong to two book clubs, and love to spend time with friends and family.
I've taught for 29 years. This is my twentieth year at Shepton.
