I am a native to Plano ISD having gone through Harrington Elementary, Carpenter Middle School, Clark High School, and graduating from Plano East Senior High in 2004.  I earned my Bachelors degree in Music Education from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2008 ("Go Jacks!!") and my Masters in Music Education from Southern Methodist University in 2014.  I began teaching in Plano ISD in 2009 and have been an Associate Band Director ever since!  I am still an active musician, performing with local groups like the Lone Star Wind Orchestra and Plano Community Band.  I love getting to share my passion for music with my students and watching them grow from "beginners" in the 6th grade into outstanding people and musicians!
