Hi all! I am Ms. Iqbal (or Ms. I), and I am so excited to be teaching 7th Grade English at Rice this year! I am a Plano ISD alum and graduated from Plano West Senior High School. I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Business Spanish certificate from The University of Texas at Austin. I love playing piano, watching the Dallas Mavericks, and enjoying all the arts. My favorite writers are William Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Langston Hughes, Rudy Francisco, and Rick Riordan.
