Hello, and welcome! I'm Megan Morgan, a proud 7th Grade Science teacher. I grew up in Moore, Oklahoma, I attended Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas, where I earned my degree. Since 2014, I've called Dallas my home, and it's here that I've been fortunate enough to begin my journey in teaching with Plano ISD.

Teaching runs in my blood—I come from a large family of educators who have instilled in me the value of knowledge and the joy of helping others learn. My goal is to make science accessible, exciting, and relevant for all my students. I believe in fostering curiosity, encouraging hands-on learning, and building a classroom environment where every student feels supported and motivated to explore the wonders of the world around us.

I currently live in North Dallas with my fiancé, who is also a dedicated teacher with Dallas ISD. 

I'm excited to be a Plano ISD and Rice Middle School teacher and look forward to an amazing 2024-25 school year!
