  • To complete your registration process, please download the required information from your child's previous Parent Portal to your PISD enrollment account.  Newly enrolled student’s records will be not be requested until mid-August or early September.  Please contact our Registrar at Monisha.Pinkston@pisd.edu if you have any questions or need additional information.

    Mission:

    The Rice Counseling Department  provides a comprehensive, developmental counseling program addressing the academic, college, career and military readiness and social/emotional growth of all students.

    Vision:

    Rice counselors support students to become confident, responsible, well-rounded individuals in order for them to achieve their full potential.
