I have dedicated a significant portion of my life to education, beginning in 1995. A proud veteran of the Army, my diverse professional background also includes experience in the fitness industry.  In addition to my professional endeavors, I am an avid music lover and maintain a deep enthusiasm for fitness, reflecting a holistic approach to a balanced and fulfilling life.
