Mr. Noah Patton

Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, Noah Patton comes to Jasper High School after graduating from the University of North Texas College of Music in December 2021. Mr. Patton has worked with various band programs, not only the North Texas region, but also in the Kansas City area. He frequently volunteers with Music for All & Bands of America and has served four summers as a member of the SWAG team at MFA's Summer Symposium. 

Mr. Patton studied clarinet with Dr. Phillip Paglialonga and Dr. John Scott. In 2019, he traveled to Ostend, Belgium to study and perform as a member of the Belgian Clarinet Academy. Mr. Patton has performed as a clarinetist, including auxiliary clarinets, in ensembles ranging from the North Texas Wind Ensemble to a smattering of chamber groups. His performance experience extends to secondary instruments including a horn choir, the 8 O'clock Steel Band, and his fraternity's choir. Mr. Patton has an array of marching band experience, including drum major and clarinetist. He also enjoyed spinning flags with the UNT Green Brigade color guard. 

Aside from music, Mr. Patton spends his free time outdoors, reading, drinking coffee, and enjoying the company of good friends. He is a member of Mu Phi Epsilon and the Texas Music Educators Association. At Jasper, Mr. Patton teaches the Wind Symphony, Concert Band, and assists with all aspects of the Jasper Band program.
