I hold a BFA in Visual Arts Studies from The University of North Texas and I will be beginning my 20th year of teaching in Plano ISD and this is my 9th year here at Jasper in the 2024-2025 school year.

I am a mom of a son and an animal lover with 2 black lab mix dogs.  For as long as I can remember, I have loved all types of art; performance, theatre, painting, photography, drawing, sculpture etc.  Throughout my experience at UNT I really began to enjoy sculpture and finished my education focusing on 3-dimensional art.  Any type of 3-D art sparked my interest, whether it was with clay, metal, paper, plaster, found objects etc.  I am excited for another great year!
