Hello Wolfpack! I graduated from Plano ISD in 2009 (Robinson, Jasper, and Plano West alum) before going to Collin College for my AA degree, the University of Texas at Dallas for my BA in Literature Studies, and Texas A&M Commerce for my MS in English.

I have been a teacher at Plano West since 2014 after student teaching for a year with 9-10 graders in Frisco and Plano ISD, and I am the English III team leader and the Academic Decathlon head coach. In my free time, I like to read Nicholas Sparks or Jasmine Guillory books and watch reality television shows while cuddling with my 2 cats.

My goal is to help students become college and career ready through their reading and writing skills, along with being able to conquer any challenge they face through social emotional learning.
